Is it worth reupholstering my furniture?

This is the first question we get asked. In order to help you determine if your furniture is worth updating, we will ask what you have, how old it is and what you originally paid for it.

 

If you like the shape and size of your piece and it fits in the right spot in your house, it may be worth it. If it is made of good quality wood and you paid a fraction of what you would pay today for the same piece, then it is absolutely it is worth it.

 

Good quality furniture is hard to come by. The same piece you paid 2,000 for in 1990 would be 5,000 today. If you have a good quality piece you love, then investing in re-upholstery is a great way to give it new life.

How much will it cost?

How quickly can you finish my piece?

Our goal is to turn around your project in a reasonable timeline. Don’t hesitate to call us at 650.592.4200 to speak to a representative about your specific piece.

 

In general, our production timeline depends on how large the piece is and how quickly we can ship the custom fabric to our shop. While we have thousands of fabrics to choose from, some are shipped internationally and can take a week to arrive. We generally estimate one-month turnaround for larger pieces of furniture.

We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm and Saturday from 10-4pm.
